Process capability tells you what we can make. Footprint, output and machine count tell you whether we can carry your volume — and a plant visit settles the rest. The figures below cover our Changde (Hunan) plant together with the Guadalajara (Mexico) base; the visit procedure applies to both.

01Plant Area
How the floor space is allocated
Total plant area across the Changde and Guadalajara sites is approximately 5,000 ㎡, allocated as follows:
- Production workshops — approx. 3,000 ㎡, covering stamping, injection molding and assembly
- Mold shop — approx. 400 ㎡ for mold making, repair and tryout
- Raw material and finished-goods warehouse — approx. 1,000 ㎡
- Quality inspection area — approx. 200 ㎡, housing the measurement room and test equipment

Annual capacity on a two-shift basis
- Stamping parts — approx. 50 million pcs / year
- Injection-molded parts — approx. 20 million pcs / year
- Molds — approx. 21 sets / year
Capacity reservation and delivery commitments for a specific batch order are confirmed in writing once the order has been reviewed.
03Equipment
Machine count at the Mexico base (2026)
As of the 2026 count, the Guadalajara base runs 31 major production and inspection machines:
- Precision presses (including high-speed presses) — 5
- Injection molding machines (vertical / horizontal) — 11
- Mold-making equipment (CNC machining centers, slow-wire EDM, EDM, grinders) — 6
- Quality inspection equipment (CMM, 2D optical comparator, salt-spray chamber, hardness testers) — 9
Machines at the Changde plant are listed under our manufacturing capabilities; the same inspection plan and measuring equipment apply across both sites.
04Factory Visit
Visits are welcome — here is how they run
We are glad to receive customers on site. To keep the visit useful and your drawings protected, we follow these five steps:
- Booking — write to us through the inquiry form, by email or on WhatsApp 3–5 working days ahead, stating the number of visitors, the date and what you most want to see (stamping, injection molding, molds or inspection).
- Arrival — visitors sign in and sign a mutual NDA, collect safety wear, and are accompanied by our sales and technical staff throughout.
- Shop-floor tour — the route runs mold shop → stamping → injection molding → surface treatment → quality inspection, with the emphasis on production equipment, mold making and inspection capability.
- Technical discussion — process, capacity and quality control are discussed against your samples and our current running projects.
- Follow-up — meeting minutes, a technical proposal or a quotation follow within 48 hours of the visit.
