We process copper, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc. Automotive copper busbars can be processed from 0.5 to 6.0mm, including shrapnel, special-shaped parts, iron cores, and other categories.

We handle general, engineering, and special plastics. We can recommend suitable raw materials and mold them according to your application scenarios (automotive, medical, electronics, etc.).

Conventional standard molds take 7-15 working days, while complex precision molds take 20-30 working days. Samples can be provided for confirmation upon completion.

Yes, we provide samples. Conventional simple samples take 3-5 working days, and complex samples take 7-10 working days. Sample fees are charged based on specifications and materials, and can be fully refunded once the subsequent batch order reaches the agreed quantity.

We provide conventional anti-static and moisture-proof packaging, as well as dust-free packaging for precision products. We also support customized packaging such as neutral, brand-customized, and export standards.

Our process includes raw material procurement inspection → in-process full/patrol inspection → finished product final inspection before shipment. We control the entire process, and products are only shipped after passing the inspection.

We utilize fully automatic vision measuring machines, 2.5D/3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM), roughness testers, hardness testers, industrial X-ray inspection machines, high and low-temperature test chambers, etc., for comprehensive testing.

The MOQ for conventional standard products is 1,000 pieces. Custom products are adjusted based on molds and processes. A lower MOQ can be negotiated for small batch trial production.

10-15 working days for metal stamping and 15-20 working days for injection molded products. Our Mexican base can optimize delivery times for overseas orders.

For overseas orders, we support international methods such as T/T and L/C.

Yes, we have mature overseas logistics channels supporting door-to-door and port-to-port services, and we can assist in preparing a full set of export customs clearance documents.
