Description

Motors in this field mainly realize automated and intelligent opening/closing and adjustment of body components, replacing conventional manual operations to improve driving convenience and premium vehicle experience. This represents the most widely adopted motor application scenario in mass-produced vehicles.
  • Power tailgate / liftgate system: Dedicated drive motors matched with reduction gears enable automatic opening, closing, position holding, anti-pinch protection and memory height adjustment of vehicle tailgates. Applicable to sedans, SUVs and MPVs. Some high-end models support inductive opening and remote control linkage. The motors feature high torque, low noise and stall protection.
  • Power folding mirror system: Equipped with micro drive motors to automatically fold mirrors upon vehicle locking and unfold upon power-on, as well as manual in-driving adjustment. Integrated mirror adjustment motors enable fine-tuning of mirror angles vertically and horizontally. Some models incorporate defrosting and reverse tilt-down linkage functions. These motors are compact with fast response and high IP rating against water and dust.
  • Power door and soft-close door system: Designed for premium and commercial vehicles. Motors drive smooth door opening and closing together with intelligent anti-pinch algorithms. Power soft-close and automatic latching functions eliminate risks of improperly closed doors, enhancing vehicle safety and luxury perception.
  • Power sunroof / panoramic canopy system: Drive motors control sliding opening, tilt ventilation and automatic closing of sunroofs, with rain-triggered auto-close, anti-pinch protection and one-touch operation. Compatible with mainstream configurations including panoramic canopies and sectional sunroofs.
  • Windshield wiper system: Primary and secondary wiper motors drive reciprocating motion of wiper arms, supporting intermittent, low-speed, high-speed and auto-sensing wiping under various rain and snow conditions. The motors deliver stable operation, vibration resistance and long service life.
